GAVELUX declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the customer or its malfunctioning, the colors of the products displayed on the site may have slight differences from the original ones.
The images contained on the GAVELUX website are the property of GAVELUX S.r.l. Any use of such images not authorized by written consent from GAVELUX S.r.l. will be prosecuted according to the law.

It is possible that GAVELUX chooses to make changes to models during production or decides not to produce them altogether.

In the event that the item is not produced, or that there are discrepancies between the items represented in the images on the site at the time the customer places the pre-order and those that actually arrive in the store, GAVELUX will contact the customer to obtain express approval of the changes and proceed to ship or cancel the order and provide a refund.

2. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

The assortment present on GAVELUX reflects the exact availability of each item by size and by colour. The website is in fact connected to all the shops and warehouses belonging to GAVEUX S.r.l.

GAVELUX guarantees the authenticity of each item.
Once the order request has been received, GAVELUX reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the customer, the GAVELUX Order Department will promptly notify the customer.
